Eva is a personal AI assistant built and operated by Quang Dang (Đăng) for private, non-commercial use. This policy describes how Eva interacts with Facebook's platform on behalf of the Page owner.

2. Data We Access

Eva accesses the following data from Facebook's Graph API, strictly on behalf of the authorized Page owner:

Facebook Page posts and captions
Basic engagement metadata (likes, comment counts)
Page profile information

3. How We Use This Data

All data accessed is used exclusively for the Page owner's personal productivity — such as content archiving, scheduling reminders, and personal analytics. We do not:

Sell, share, or transfer data to third parties
Use data for advertising or profiling
Store data beyond what is necessary for the task
Process data of users other than the authorized Page owner

4. Data Storage & Security

Access tokens and credentials are stored securely on a private server with restricted access. Data is not retained in any public database or cloud service without explicit owner authorization.

5. User Rights

As this application is for personal use only, the sole user is the Page owner. You may revoke Eva's access at any time via your Facebook App Settings or by contacting us directly.

6. Third-Party Services

Eva integrates with Facebook's Graph API under Meta's Platform Terms. No other third-party data processors are involved in handling Facebook data.
